A POST PROJECT EVALUATION OF THE COLUMBUS ALCOHOL SAFETY ACTION PROGRAM. SECTION IV, VOLUME I

Since 1972 the Institute of Government at the University of Georgia has been actively working with the City of Columbus in evaluating the Columbus Alcohol Safety Action Program (ASAP). During the ASAP operational years, 1972-74, the Institute of Government was extensively involved in evaluating the achievement of the several ASAP countermeasures. The Institute effort was concerned with whether the ASAP project has had any residual impact, that is, have the observed achievements noted while ASAP was operational been carried over or continued now that the ASAP countermeasures have ceased to function.
