GUST LOAD ESTIMATION USING A SIMPLIFIED POWER SPECTRAL TECHNIQUE
A one-degree-of-freedom power spectral technique for estimating gust loads on aerodynamic surfaces is presented. A procedural flowchart to guide the designer in the use of this technique and sample calculations are included. (Author)
