Recommended LRFD Guidelines for the Seismic Design of Highway Bridges Part II: Commentary and Appendices

This document contains Commentary and Appendices that were developed to clarify and explain the technical basis for the Specifications provided in Part O of the Recommended LRFD Guidelines for the Seismic Design of Highway Bridges. Commentary are provided for each chapter. Also included is a complete list of references including those cited as well as those considered but not cited, and a list of acronyms is also provided.
