This is the proceedings of the twentieth in a series of National Conferences on Noise Control Engineering. The conference was held on 2004 July 12-14 at the Wyndham Hotel in Baltimore, Maryland. The conference was sponsored by the Institute of Noise Control Engineering and the Committee on Transportation-Related Noise and Vibration of the Transportation Research Board.
