2007 Annual Report of the California DUI Management Information System

This sixteenth annual report uses 2004 and 2005 driving under the influence (DUI) data from diverse sources and compiles and cross-references it for the purpose of developing a single comprehensive DUI data reference and monitoring system. The report presents cross tabulated information on DUI arrests, convictions, court sanctions, administrative actions and alcohol-involved crashes. Additionally, the report provides data on DUI recidivism and accident rates, analyses on the effectiveness of alcohol education programs on offenders, and further analyses on determining if differences on outcome measures were related to blood alcohol concentration (BAC) levels.
