Moroccan railway's 2010 target

Subtitle: The National Railway Office of Morocco is preparing itself to play an active role in developing Morocco's phosphate export activities, in addition to improving its performance in an array of other freight-related transport. The plan, it is hoped, will double Morocco Railways Company's (ONCF) turnover by 2010.
