COURTESY LIGHT TURN-OFF DELAY CIRCUIT FOR VEHICLES
A circuit is presented which provides a simple means of giving a car's courtesy-light a delay of 20-30 sec after closing the door. This serves as an aid and reminder in fitting one's seat-belts at night. Simple two terminal connection allows device to be easily fitted to almost any car, by simply wiring across door switch. The circuit suits vehicles with positive or negative ground. It uses only nine components, none of which are critical. Assembly lends itself to mass-production.
