Proceedings of the 5th International Symposium on Highway Capacity and Quality of Service. Volume 2 - Technical Papers

This symposium provided a significant opportunity for researchers, engineers, planners and other practitioners in the field of transportation to discuss current developments in highway and transportation capacity and quality of service. The proceedings consist of two volumes. Volume 1 includes the keynote speech and country reports from seven countries, as well as six technical papers contributed for the special session of the symposium entitled, "Uncertainty." This volume, Volume 2, contains 53 technical papers, which were selected through a strict review process.
