Benelux box operators in competitive dog fight

Subtitle: Major container terminals in both Belgium and Holland are nowadays almost wholly controlled by the big international stevedoring groups. So fierce is competition between them that operational information is hard to come by. However, one operator, P&O Ports, recently acquired by Dubai-based DP world, believes that by offering a world class level of customer service, it has nothing to fear from the competition.
