Log book run: drives for learners in Macarthur
The Log Book Run: Drives for Learners in Macarthur is an educational behavioural project targeting learner drivers and their supervisors in the Macarthur region and wider community. The project has been based on fatality and injury statistics as well as research that identifies the need to develop the skill and knowledge base of drivers whilst in the learner licensing stage. The project links well with the Graduated Licensing Scheme (GLS) that is operational in NSW by providing a detailed booklet of routes and maps presenting a variety of driving conditions and road types enhanced with scheduled log book run events.
