Nairobi's headache

This article outlines the problems of parking in Kenya's capital city Nairobi. Space once allocated to parking has been redeveloped for building at the same time as the number of cars in and around the city has increased dramatically. Although local government has proposed a major new multi-storey car park, the project has yet to be realised.
