Development of Protection System of Maintenance Vehicle against Collision
This paper shows how the authors were able to get fundamental data and confirmed the effectiveness of the system in the experiment. It also shows how the authors are planning to improve the system first of all, and then implement another test for its practical use. We are convinced that this system will contribute to the safety of the expressway. We are going to continue developing in order to decrease accidents on expressways as much as we can. We have plans to present the results in the ITS WORLD CONGRESS as well.
