RISKS RELATED TO SFOBB MAIN SPAN ALTERNATIVE FOR THE EAST SPAN SEISMIC SAFETY PROJECT
This document offers a matrix examining the risks related to the six alternatives presented for the San Francisco Oakland Bay Bridge main span replacement of the East Span Seismic Safety Project. For the six alternatives, which are combined into three alternatives categories (self-anchored suspension (SAS), cable-stayed, and skyway), it identifies safety risks, cost risks, and aesthetic risks.
