Hands-On Case Study
A case study is presented for a breakout conference session. The participants will work with the Maryland State Highway Administration to help them meet the challenges of smart growth in a suburban corridor. The case study is the Maryland 210 corridor located in Prince George's County. The key issues are how to apply transportation tools to address smart growth issues and how to develop the MD-210 project to be consistent with context-sensitive design principles.
