PARKING IS EASY AT BWI
This article explains parking information infrastructure in the Baltimore/Washington International Airport. The author describes how limited space in the airport parking structure required the use of a real-time information/direction system for users. The garages sensor arrays are detailed as well as methods for traffic direction, including pictures of active signage. The article lists different metrics that can be gleaned from the newly installed parking guidance system, with a sidebar listing benefits to a driver using the parking system.
