WHY IS YOUR TERMINAL SURFACE BREAKING UP?

A greater knowledge of the theories and practices evolved in the road construction industry regarding surface and subsoil behaviour would help the ports and mechanical handling industries to understand better why their terminal surfaces can break up under the stresses imposed on them by modern handling equipment.
