STUDY ON USING OF GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEM OF ROAD MANAGEMENT
In order to share and effectively utilize information on roads, it is considered that the most effective measure is management of information by using GIS. GIS is a computer technology by which various data are compiled in layers, statistically processed, controlled, and analyzed, with the results displayed. The purpose of this paper is to study data from integrated environments using road project GIS, based on the sharing and effective application of data from five phases: planning, survey, design, construction and management according to Construction CALS/EC.
