TESTS SHOW PROMISING FUTURE FOR SEA-AIR COOLED CONTAINER
Over the past two years a new type of van container for agricultural produce cooled by ambient air has been undergoing tests. Savings in transport costs and increase in cargo space by about 10% in a 40 ft shipborne container are reported. Shipping test results are shown.
