THE CONTRIBUTION OF LINEAR PROGRAMMING BY CONSTRAINTS PROPAGATION IN THE REGULATION OF TRAFFIC OF URBAN TRANSPORT NETWORK

This work is integrated in the optimization Multimodal Transport Systems part of a large regional program entitled 'GRRT' (Groupement Regional de Recherche sur le Transport: regional research group on transport), this program is supported by the 'Conseil Regional du Nord Pas de Calais' and involves laboratories in the north of France. One of the goals of this program is to help operators and customers to solve their problems and to increase the quality of services. Another goal of this program is to develop the cooperation of some competences of different laboratories to provide new methods and tools. Indeed the main goal objective is the minimization of the waiting time. For the covering abstract see ITRD E114174.
