INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL COATING OF PIPELINES -- 2

Part 1 of this article reviewed the characteristics of internal pipe coatings and outlined test procedures required for coating pipelines. Part 2 present some applications and case histories, including transport of solids, and covers some new developments in internal coatings and spraying equipment. The advantages of internally coating pipelines carrying gas, liquids, slurries and solids are outlined.
