THE LANDSLIDES RISK ASSESSMENT IN AREAS WITH TRANSPORT INFRASTRUCTURES
The paper presents several ways to assess the landslide risk affecting the tracts of roads and railways. Three kinds of methods make possible the estimation of both the consequences and the failure probability, the risk expression being obtained by a matrix approach, taking into account the different vulnerability of road and railway structures.
