RE-PAVING TWO HIGHWAY TUNNELS
Re-paving inside a highway tunnel, particularly one of considerable age, can be a surprisingly difficult assignment. Recently, two major Virginia highway tunnels were completely re-paved, and these are good examples of the types of problems one may expect when proposing this type of work. /TRRL/
