PAVER GETS WORKOUT ON FREEWAY JOB

Design features and operation of a slipform paver for trimming lime-treated base course are outlined. For the trimming operation the machine was set up with the main frame and running gear plus CMI trimmer attachments and a reclaim belt that casts excess material into a windrow.
