SOURCES OF INFORMATION IN HIGHWAYS : A BIBLIOGRAPHY

This bibliography is designed to serves as a guide to the major sources of information on highways. The basic references section covers general information on highways, highway administration highway economics, highway engineering, highway environment, highway research, motor vehicles, traffic engineering, and traffic safety. Remaining sections include statistical sources, directories periodicals, conferences, dictionaries and glossaries indexing/abstracting services and databases, and bibliographies. Resources cited in the bibliography include print and electronic materials. The bibliography is part of a new multi-volume edition titled Sources of Information in Transportation which is intended to be available in electronic format on the Internet.
