THE AERONAUTICS EDUCATION, RESEARCH, AND INDUSTRY ALLIANCE (AERIAL): A PROPOSAL TO NASA EPSCOR 2000

The report provides the State of Nebraska's proposal to create the Aeronautics Education, Research, and Industry Alliance (AERIAL), a comprehensive, multi-faceted NASA EPSCoR 2000 initiative that will contribute to the strategic research and technology priorities of NASA while also intensifying the State's rapidly growing aeronautics research and development endeavors.
