SAFETY SOLUTIONS: EN 1317: A STANDARD FOR SAFETY BARRIERS

The slides from a computer presentation are published in this paper which discusses EU and Comite Europeen de Normalisation requirements and test methods for safety barriers and crash cushions. The installation, maintenance and repair of such barriers and requirements for future research are outlined. This paper was presented at Traffex 2001, National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham, UK.
