A SUMMARY OF STORM WATER TASK FORCE CONSTRUCTION COMPLIANCE INSPECTIONS

This report summarizes the construction compliance inspection activities of the Storm Water Task Force conducted from July 1, 2002 through June 30, 2003. It reports on the level of storm water pollution control compliance observed on statewide construction projects conducted by the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) during this time period. It also identifies Best Management Practices (BMP), implementation trends, improvements, and challenges noted during the year.
