GETTING THE MOST FROM YOUR AIRLESS STRIPING MACHINE

This article provides guidelines on how airless striping machines can be used most efficiently and effectively. Productivity can be improved by: setting up equipment correctly; monitoring engine and pump pressure; investing in spray tips of different sizes; changing tips when using driven machines; matching the filter to the tip; avoiding clogged tips; optimizing spray gun location; measuring bead door settings when applying glass beads with a bead dispenser; and flushing and storing the machine properly.
