This article provides an overview of a number of new aesthetically pleasing bridge designs, citing examples such as Boston's new cable-stayed Bunker Hill Zakim Bridge and Redding, California's Sundial Bridge linking the Turtle Bay Exploration Park with the entrance to the city's Sacramento River Trail system.
