PUNCHING SHEAR FAILURE IN REINFORCED CONCRETE SLABS WITH COMPRESSIVE MEMBRANE ACTION. DISCUSSION
A discussion of an earlier paper with the aforementioned title by W. Salim and W.M. Sebastian, published in this journal (Volume 100, Number 4, July-August 2003), is presented. It is the discusser's position that most of the authors' theoretical work was already addressed by King and Morley (1993) and Morley.
