EFFICIENT TRANSPORTATION INFRASTRUCTURE POLICY. IN: URBAN TRANSPORT
The purpose of this paper is to offer a different view on paying for and investing in the transportation infrastructure. The potential exists to realize substantial benefits from an efficient infrastructure policy. The conclusion shows that public spending on infrastructure should certainly be increased, but it should be done efficiently and be accompanied by efficient pricing.
