CONTROL OF VOLATILE ORGANIC COMPOUNDS FROM USE OF CUTBACK ASPHALT
This document addresses the control of volatile organic compounds (VOC) from paving asphalts liquefied with petroleum distillate. The recommended control technology consists of the substitution of emulsions for cutback asphalt.
