CUTTER RESOURCE EFFECTIVENESS EVALUATION MODEL. VOLUME II. THE EVALUATION OF CRAFT PERFORMANCE IN COAST GUARD PROGRAMS
This report documents the evaluation procedure utilized in the Cutter Resource Effectiveness Evaluation Model which quantifies craft performance in Coast Guard missions. Beginning with an introductory overview, this volume presents the craft available for evaluation and the details of the craft characteristic section of the CRAFT/TASK EVALUATION element of the CREE Computer Program. The report then describes the methodology utilized in task (the lowest level of discrete activity) performance evaluation and continues with the procedure of evaluating craft performance of sorties (sequenced tasks) and scenarios (sets of sorties).
