FORWODS: A PROGRAM TO FORECAST FUTURE WORLD OIL DEMAND FROM TRANSPORT AND OTHER SECTORS FOR VARIOUS SCENARIOS
A computer program has been written to forecast regional and world oil demand by modeling the growth of the transport sector and other oil specific sectors. The base year used is 1972, with projections covering the period to 2020. The scenarios represented include high and low economic growth, high price oil, and constrained fuel oil demand.
