THE DISABLED PERSON IN TRAFFIC
DE GEHANDICAPTE IN HET VERKEER
Problems for disabled road users, whose mobility depends on having a means of transport, are discussed and recommendations are presented. The main new policy in thinking is how a person together with his method of transport can take part in traffic in such a way that this is safe both for him and for other road users. Only when this policy is accepted can a disabled person be justified in being a road user and be an independent road user. /TRRL/
