NEW CONSIDERATION ON CAUSES OF ROAD ACCIDENTS

It's the precondition of control road traffic accidents to study the cause of them. At the present time there are still many limitation in the study both domestic and abroad, the main phenomena is to magnify the factitious effects while neglect the effects of road's conditions. This paper studied this problem in depth , and indicated that the road conditions-not the driver's errors are the main cause of traffic accidents. Based on the study conclusion, some suggestions to enhance the safety of road traffic on the programming and design of road are given.
