THE PRACTICE OF SINGAPORE ROAD PRICING SYSTEM

This paper focused on the explore and practice of the Singapore road pricing system and analyse the social and economical impacts of this system. The experience is very useful for dealing with the traffic congestion problem in Chinese big city such as Beijing.
