HELP SYSTEMS FOR OPERATOR MMIS FROM SIEMENS
This paper describes a fault-tolerant help system for a man machine interface in a rail traffic control system. It provides a topic- sensitive help information system which is based on concepts specifications and programs that are commonly used in the Internet. The paper describes the application of the system to the traffic control center at the Hanover Main Station in Germany.
