INTERNATIONELLA HAMNAR I SOVJET
Describes the recent modernization of many Russian ports now visited by foreign ships. In general, the harbor and port facilities are developed for a greatly increased volume and variety of goods. Some information on harbor facilities, tonnage and type of goods is given for the ports cited, including Murmansk, Arkhangel'sk, Igarka, Dikson, Tiksi, Nagayevo, and Petropavlovsk-na-Kamchatke.
