DATA GATHERING TECHNIQUES: ROADSIDE AND TELEPHONE SURVEYS FOR ONTARIO'S SEAT BELT EDUCATION PROGRAM
The purpose of this paper is to discuss a system for evaluating the success of the Seat Belt Education Program and also to obtain information which could be incorporated into the program. Evaluation is done in five separate parts. 1. System for Seat Belt Data Acquisition. 2. Province Wide Roadside Survey. 3. Province Wide Telephone Survey. 4. Results. 5. Insight.
