A METHOD OF SOFTWARE SYNTHESIS FOR INTERLOCKING IN RAILWAY SIGNALLING USING SAFE PLC (PROGRAMMABLE LOGIC CONTROLLER)
In this paper, the authors describe a method for software synthesis for railway interlocking using a safe programmable logic controller. The advantages of this software system for signal input/output interface are outlined. A prototype of the interlocking system is described and tested, thus showing the advantages of this method of software synthesis.
