THE EXPERT SYSTEM FOR THE REGIONAL AND LOCAL STAFF IMPLEMENTING THE ROAD SAFETY IMPROVEMENT PROGRAMME IN POLAND
The authors discuss the planning and development of an expert, knowledge based system, targeted to local and regional staff, which would help improve traffic safety on the roads of Poland. One of Poland's basic problems is the lack of staff trained in traffic safety. The first step of the expert system would be to train the local staff in the rudiments of traffic safety.
