AMSTERDAM-PARIS HIGH SPEED RAIL LINK: THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN ON-GOING RISK MANAGEMENT PROCESS
This paper discusses safety management in the design process of the Dutch portion of the high-speed rail linking Amsterdam and Paris. Section 2 of the paper describes the project. Section 3 deals with safety management. Section 4 summarizes the paper and presents conclusions.
