A brief summary is given of a meeting where invited representatives from transport authorities and other people concerned with passenger transport were informed about scania's products and efforts to improve safety in buses. Problems discussed were: warning devices for overheated bearings and brake drums, the need for hub caps, upholstery materials and the development of toxic gases, information pamphlet about emergency routines such as those used in airplanes and new types of emergency exits. /TRRL/
