SAFE WORKING HABITS ON SITE
The requirements for training in safe working on construction sites are outlined, with particular reference to the use of timbering in excavation and operation of machines. It is suggested that, in addition to specific training of safety officers and of craftsmen and operatives, all levels of management should be provided with a basic appreciation of their responsibilities. Training courses and examinations available in the United Kingdom are referred to. /TRRL/
