THE BRIDGE ENGINEER AND PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY
The bridge engineer in this paper is that person who, must be registered with the Provincial Association of Professional Engineers. He is that person who designs, supervises construction and is responsible for the maintenance of bridges used by the travelling public. This paper discusses the bridge engineer's role as a design professional and his liability for any damage resulting from his work. /RTAC/
