RECOMMENDATIONS TO COALITION MEMBERS FOR FURTHER MAYDAY DEVELOPMENT
This report presents a review of the existing and planned Mayday programs that are a part of the I-95 Corridor Coalition Project. The systems and technologies were examined in terms of cost infrastructure requirements, compatibility with national trends, and performance in urban and rural settings. The study contains detailed summaries of the current state of Mayday systems and provides comparisons of alternative Mayday technologies.
