DEVELOPMENT OF INDIAN PASSENGER TRANSPORT
In this paper, the Indian transport sector has been studied using logistic substitution. The share of rail transport is declining, while road and air transport are on the increase. These developments are not desirable from an energy-efficiency perspective.
