MODELLING AND SIMULATION INVESTIGATION OF TRAFFIC JAMS IN ROAD TRAFFIC FLOW
In this paper, the authors describe a software package known as SISSY that is used for simulating road traffic in defined local road networks under various conditions. The software is based on neural networks and fuzzy systems, and can be used to analyze a variety of traffic scenarios.
