METHODS FOR ECONOMIC APPRAISAL IN THE NORWEGIAN AVIATION SECTOR
This paper presents the main contents of the cost-benefit analysis (CBA) in the Norwegian public sector. Methodological problems, such as the handling of project risk and uncertainty, projects with mutual dependency, and the methodology for analyzing projects influencing the probability of fatal accidents are addressed. The CBA methodology in the aviation sector is presented.
